Dear Friends of FNSP,

We at FNSP condemn the systemic acts of violence and degradation against communities of color. As an organization dedicated to serving and advocating for the most vulnerable, we at FNSP understand how entrenched systems of oppression negatively create widespread inequality. Not only do we see this in the ongoing acts of police brutality, but also in disproportionate levels of poverty, educational access, unfair working conditions, and higher rates of COVID-19 disease and death in communities of color. We express our deepest condolences and heartfelt support for those affected by these injustices.

FNSP’s mission has always been to provide a dignified and inclusive environment to all, but particularly for those who are told by society that they - for no reason - matter less. We actively affirm that Black Lives Matter. Brown Lives Matter. Homeless Lives Matter. Those who live at the margins matter.

We will continue to serve our community and seek to provide a safe, welcoming environment for all, particularly those who need it most. Thank you for supporting us and for all that you do to fight injustice in your community.
