Donating to FNSP is a wonderful way to support the program. Whether through a financial donation or gifts of food, clothing or supplies, your donation—however small—makes a real difference in the lives of people in need.
How will my donation be used?
Your donation – however small – makes a real difference in the lives of people in need. Only $4 per meal!—That’s the cost for FNSP produce each meal. Our low costs are thanks in large part to the generosity of our volunteers and community partners. These four dollars are used to provide a complete and well-balanced meal. Take a look at this typical “plate”.
How far will my donation go?
- $40 feeds 1 table of guests for a night
- $100 feeds 1 person for the winter
- $200 feeds 1 person for 6 months
- $400 feeds 1 person for a year
- $1000 feeds all guests for one night
- $2000 feeds 1 table of guests for a whole year!
How can I make a financial contribution?
Your tax-deductible donation may be made online through our secure partnership with Wainwright Bank by clicking the Donate Now button on the left.

How else can I contribute?
- Donations of clothing and toiletries
In addition to providing a warm meal to our guests, FNSP seeks basic needs such as clothing and toiletries as an extension of our overall mission of providing an atmosphere of dignity for our guests. FNSP accepts a variety of items for guest’s year-round needs and provides a special gift bag that includes new hats, gloves, and scarves to give to the guests at our holiday meal. - Donate a meal
Several area organizations provide meals to the program. These partnerships take a variety of forms where FNSP works with the partner based on what their resources and abilities. There are three types of “donate a meal” partners:
- Bring the ingredients and cook in FNSP’s kitchen
- Cook the meal and deliver it to FNSP
- Bring the volunteers and FNSP supplies the ingredien
- Guest Chef
Are you a chef? Do you have cooking experience? Are you ServSafe certified? Consider donating your time and being a FNSP guest chef.
