What: a residential substance abuse recovery program including an individual case manager and evaluation of mental health, vocational, legal, cognitive behavioral, housing, medical, family, recovery, educational, and other needs. Involves individual care plan, 12 Step Meetings, substance abuse treatment, mental health services, anger management treatment, employment assistance, job training, housing assistance, and financial management assistance and classes on living independently, repairing broken relationships, and improving social skills.

What: residential substance abuse recovery program including full-time substance abuse counselors, HIV case managers, registered nurses specializing in HIV and mental health as well as 'after care' workers who follow clients placed in the community. Provides referrals to community agencies, one on one and group counseling, transportation to HIV support groups, assistance in housing applications and support once housing is obtained.
