What: A 10-week course and internship, divided into two training sessions of cafeteria and kitchen operations, includes classroom instruction, customer service, menu preparation, kitchen safety and food sanitation, weights and measurements, deli-style and cafeteria operations, and salad bar preparation and food production. Students work and bake with Pine Street's chefs and professional culinary staff to prepare 1,600 meals each day

The Building Maintenance Training Program
